Our ministry team:

Rev'd Mary Railton-Crowder

Mary is the Vicar of our Benefice and the Rural Dean of Huddersfield. She was ordained in 2001 after a long career in nursing and midwifery. Before joining us in 2007 she served at All Saints in Douglas, Isle of Man and Elstow Abbey in Bedfordshire. She has also worked as a University Chaplain. Mary has been a Chaplain to the Air Training Corps since 2006 and is currently with 59 Squadron (Huddersfield). She is married to Graham and they have three children and four grandchildren.

Rev'd Emanuel Rahmat

Hon. Priest with responsibility for St Cuthbert's Asian Christian Congregation

Rev'd Margaret Fossey

Assistant Curate based at St Cuthbert's. Margaret was ordained in 2009. She is in the third year of her Curacy and works in both parishes in the Benefice. Margaret is a Self Supporting Minister and in addition to her ministry with us she works as a Financial Administrator. Margaret is married to John and they have 3 children and 7 grandchildren.

Graham Crowder

Licensed Reader. Graham has been a Licensed Reader since 1993. Prior to joining the Benefice in 2007 he served at All Saints and St Thomas, Douglas, Isle of Man, Elstow Abbey and St Andrews Bedford. Graham has recently retired from Primary School teaching. He is a tutor to trainee Readers and he lectures in church history on the Wakefield Ministry course. Graham leads our combined Study Group and ‘Walking for Health Group’. As he is married to our Vicar, he has the same 3 children and 4 grandchildren as she does!
